You need to grab a box of tissues and one-click I Thought of You by Jewel E.Ann. I Thought of You literally shredded my heart and then pieced it back together at the end.

I Thought of You hit home for me on so many levels. This unique, heartbreakingly beautiful story of love, loss, and friendship sucker-punched me in the feels.

Because of Her by Jewel E. Ann is the final installment in the Jack and Jill series. This standalone romantic suspense was equally unputdownable and addictive.

In Because of Her, Jewel spins an emotionally charged and intricate web of love and revenge between Jackson and his new neighbor, Frankie. Jackson is a grumpy piano-playing assassin who will stop at nothing to finish his job. Frankie is a music professor hell-bent on seeking revenge on behalf of her nephew. They form a unique and sexually charged connection that finally leads to Jackson's hard-earned HEA. I can't begin to tell you how much I loved this book and the Jack and the Jack and Jill series. Chef's kiss!

Because of Her can be read as a total standalone, and you will not feel lost at all. With that said, I recommend reading the Jack and Jill trilogy because it's incredible, and you'll have a complete understanding of Jackson and his family's complex emotional baggage.

What Lovers Do, by Jewel E. Ann, needs to be your next one-click. The banter between the characters and the inner dialogue had me laughing out loud. Sophie was the queen of compassionate and understanding people. She had a few parasitic relationships that left her unsatisfied. Jimmy, her soon-to-be ex-boyfriend, is like a snot at the end of her finger that Sophie can't flick off. She needs to shake Jimmy and deal with her commitments before she can entertain a romantic relationship. Enter Shep, the hot guy who works at her local pet store. She has room in her life for a best friend, a few new dog treats, and an extra pair of glasses, but that's it. Their journey to make it work from friends to lovers was a lot of fun.

This lighthearted, laugh-out-loud romantic comedy pulled on my heartstrings and caused me to giggle more than a few times. I'm still laughing weeks later, thinking of Sophie's feelings and observations of Jimmy. Can Jimmy get his own book?

The epilogue was epic! I'm still smiling. One-click What Lovers Do and experience all the fun and feels!

The Life You Stole by Jewel E. Ann

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Thank you to my blood pressure meds for doing your job and getting me through The Life You Stole by Jewel E. Ann. I’m at a loss for words. I’m blown away by this book, by this writer, gah... just everything about this series. The conclusion was one heck of an emotional roller coaster ride of love, pain, entangled hearts, and bitter twisted love. This book series is the definition of Kindle Crack.
