Check out my spoiler-free review of Cuffed by K. Bromberg.  I loved Grant & Emmy.

CUFFED
By: K. Bromberg
Release Day – Oct 23
Standalone

From the New York Times bestselling author, K. Bromberg, comes a new series about three brothers, the job that calls them, and the women who challenge them.
“I hate you. I never want to see you again.”

Grant Malone is not the reason I moved back to Sunnyville—at least that’s what I tell myself. Yet, those parting words I said to him back in third grade, ring in my ears every time a townsperson brings up one of the Malone boys. I thought time had healed my wounds. I was wrong. Nothing could have prepared me for how I felt when I finally saw him again.

Twenty years does a lot to turn a boy into a man. One who hits all my buttons—sexy, funny, attractive, and a police officer. But Grant is off limits because he knows too much about my past.

But I’m drawn to him. That damn uniform of his doesn’t hurt either. It’ll be my downfall. I know it.
What’s one night of sex going to hurt . . . right?
***

I’ve always loved Emmy Reeves.

That’s why I’m shocked to see her all these years later. The shy girl I once knew is all grown up.

Adventurous and full of life, she owns my heart now, just as much as she did back then. Convincing her of that is a whole different story.

I’ll give her the one night she asks for—like that’s a hardship—but when it comes to letting her walk away after, she has another thing coming. There’s no way in hell I’m letting her go this time without a fight.

Review of Cuffed by K. Bromberg
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
When I first saw the cover of Cuffed (Everyday Heroes #1), I thought this book was going to be a straight up sizzling hot romance. You know what I mean. A little hide the nightstick with Officer Sexy type of story. There was so much more to this story than a sexy cop with arrestingly good looks and a set of handcuffs. This friends-to-lovers romance tackled some hard issues with grace. Grant Malone and Emerson (Emmy) Reeves had a lot of emotional obstacles and history to deal with from their childhoods. Grant wasn’t going to let Emmy get away again. He might have to cuff her to keep her from running.

When I learned that the author was personally connected to this story (an old friend), it really hit home. I can’t wait to read about the next Malone brother. I have a feeling Combust (Everyday Hero’s Book #2) will also be equally hot and moving.

Head up. Wings out.

From NYT Bestselling Author, Laurelin Paige and USA Today Bestselling Author, Sierra Simone comes a steamy contemporary romantic follow-up to last year's bestseller P*rn Star.

You have the right to remain sexy.

Anything you say can and will be used to get you in my bed.

You have the right to use my body to give yourself a delirious, life-changing orgasm.

If you have trouble...don't worry, I'm a bit of an expert in that department.

There's nothing 'thin' about my blue line, if you catch my drift, and trust me, I know how to put those handcuffs to good use.

Livia Ward wants a baby before she’s thirty.  And even though Officer Chase Kelly is exactly the kind of cocky jerk this librarian has sworn off, he is undeniably hot.  Both of them think they can give each other what they want--a few nights of fun for Officer Kelly, a no-strings baby for Livia--but this hot cop is about to learn that sex, babies, and love don’t always play by the rules.

Review to follow after I take a cold shower. 🔥🔥👮🏻🔥🔥 I loved the ending. Perfect!
UPDATED:
Livia has two things on her mind. 1 - She’s going to be 30 and she’s getting old.
2 - She wants a baby, but doesn't want or need a father in the picture. She can make it work on her own. This bookworm is on a mission. She has a plan and there’s no stopping her.

Chase is known as "Officer Good Times" with his arresting good looks and deft nightstick skills. This dirty talking cop decides to help Livia with her baby making plan. Beneath his Captain American exterior is a cocky, but sweet guy.

Chase and Livia’s no strings attached relationship is pushed to the limit. Is Chase becoming more than a sperm donor to Livia? Does Chase want to give up playing hide the nightstick with “badge bunnies” forever?

Hot Cop was downright sexy and fun. This book had me laughing out loud. Hot Cop has some hot scenes. I don’t smoke, but I wanted a cigarette or at least a cold shower after reading this one. Laurelin and Sierra know how to write sex scenes! If there was a book awards show like the Oscars for Best Sex Scenes With Hot Men in Uniforms, Laurelin and Sierra would own this category for Hot Cop. Read this book on the beach or poolside. You’ll already be flustered from the heat, and no one will know you are reading one of the hottest books of the summer.
