I stroked his hair, waist deep in peace, all worry gone for the moment, and floating in no more than an ocean of gratitude. I must have been more vulnerable than I realized, or he’d reopened some wound with his kindness, because though my sweet reverie stayed, as the minutes passed, a layer of need fitted itself on top of it.
I needed to tell him, if not the details, the outlines of who I was.
“I want you to know,” I whispered, starting somewhere small, then everything I didn’t want to say spilled out. “I have stuff. Just when I questioned whether a series could get any better…it did. Sweet Ache is absolute Kindle Crack. Mark your calendar for this June 2nd release.

Sweet Ache is a standalone book and based on characters from K. Bromberg’s best-selling Driven series. If you haven’t read the previous books in the Driven series, you will not feel lost.

I never have to read a synopsis or wonder if I will like a new book by Jay McLean. It’s easy…she writes it, and I read it. I was super lucky to beta read Combative many months ago and couldn’t wait to tell you about it.

Combative is different than Jay’s other books. Usually I turn into an emotional tsunami, with tears running down my face making me look like a melting ice luge. This heart-warming romance packs a different kind of punch. Combative has a crime/mystery feel to it with a roller coaster ride of an ending. Jay spins a crazy, interconnected web of love, lies and deceit. Insert F-bomb here:) I need book two now or I am going to become combative. That’s all I’m going to say because I’m not going to give this plot away!

FIRST LOOK – Echo (The Black Lotus Series Book #2)

I set my expectation level super high for Echo after reading Bang. I am super happy to say that one of my most anticipated book releases of the year surpassed my expectation level. I love when that happens. I feel like I just won the book lottery with Echo.

A few things to note:
1. I highly recommend reading Bang (Book #1) prior to reading Echo (Book #2). I tried to skim Bang and ended up rereading it. I got sucked in all over again.
2. You need to go into reading this book totally blind. This review is spoiler free. I will not even give you a hint about what's to come. I want you to have the same experience as me.
3. Be prepared to pull an all-nighter. You will not be able to put this book down.

In Echo, E.K. Blair continues weaving Nina’s dark and depraved story of vengeance. E.K. spins an unforgettable and intricate web of love, lies, murder and mayhem. Real world monsters with blackened hearts come to life in this psychosexual thriller. Nothing about these characters or this story feels sugar coated. The twisted plot and intense character development made this book absolutely unputdownable. My brain is shredded, and I can’t “wash my eyes out” after reading and envisioning some of the madness. I binge read this book. I had no choice. This fine piece of Kindle Crack was worth the year long wait. E.K.’s writing is nothing short of brilliant. This unique book series should be made into a cable show or movie. Bravo EK Blair!

This second chance m/m romance took my breath away. Julie Richman’s captivating writing style kept me glued to my Kindle from the first page to the last. Henry’s story came to a beautiful end at Henry's End (yes, I know what you’re thinking). BUT you need to find out what I am talking about you pervs ;)

This is not a “pornified” m/m driven story. Please don’t get me wrong. I LOVE crazy hot m/m romance books, and Henry’s End has a satisfying spice factor that is not amplified or overdone. If you're curious and thinking about "dipping your toe" in the m/m gay romance genre, this is absolutely the book to read. If you are a seasoned m/m romance reader, you will be equally enraptured by this beautiful, emotionally driven, sexy story. Henry’s story is believable, real, and full of heartfelt emotion. Holding eye contact with the man, meeting the challenge head on, Henry didn’t flinch. He wanted him to know that he was aware that he was being watched. The energy between the two was sharp and direct. There was no mistaking that contact had been made, and Henry could feel his stomach cramping with excitement, and his balls tightening with desire.
