I’m going to topline my review so I don’t spoil this book for you. Autumn witnesses a mob hit while she is waitressing at a strip club in Vegas. She goes into hiding with a friend of a friend in Tennessee. Kenton (the friend) is a sexy as sin, alpha male bad ass promises to protect Autumn. Their relationship starts off really rocky because Kenton makes some stupid assumptions about the type of person Autumn is. Kenton gets to know Autumn and realizes he was wrong about her. Sparks fly between the two when they finally stop making assumptions and get to know each other…but will Kenton be able to protect her?
I liked this book…but I did find myself a little confused about the plot at certain points and there were a few loose ends that needed tying up. If you are in the mood for some sexy alpha male hotness (I always am), suspense and drama go one click this one.
