I knew going into The Rebel King that the conclusion was going to be epic. I signed on for epic and got epic! The Kingmaker left me breathless with its soul-sucking ending, and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the Rebel King. The Rebel King picked up where the Kingmaker ended without skipping a beat. This emotion-packed second chance romance was inspirational, heartfelt, and combustible. Nix is girl-crush worthy. I loved her strength and the way she loved and lived her life.
