Synopsis

About The Author
I am a wife, a mom, an author, and a lover of all things chocolate, well, anything sweet really. While stuffing chocolate in my face, I enjoy reading young adult and new adult novels furiously, and spending time with my husband and two adorable children who keep me on

Scarred Beautiful is a devastatingly beautiful love story. Matt and Fran have broken hearts…in more ways than one. Both have emotional battle scars that they try to hide. This story gives true meaning to “finding your other half.” SB pulled on so many different heart strings for me. This heartwarming book had a fun/sexy vibe…and was also a little on the heavy side all at the same time.

I loved Scarred Beautiful as much as Love Love -  Beth’s first book.  Fran from Love Love finally gets her own HEA. What a fairy tale ending. I think Beth Michele just scored auto download status from me. One click this one!

A voice attempts to snap me from my thoughts but I ignore it, until I hear it again. It’s
“Yoo-hoo…beautiful. Is it okay if I sit down?”
And when I look up, it’s sexy as hell.
Dear Lord, Sweet Baby Jesus, and an Oh My God all wrapped up in one. I hope to hell
my mouth isn’t hanging open right now. He has hair the color of the night sky and eyes a deep
brown, a square jaw, and lips with a contour so perfect it looks like they were hand-drawn. Oh,
and did I mention he’s cut. Yeah, he’s cut—like ripped: strong, athletic build and a slim waist, a
six-pack accentuated by low-slung jeans, and a white t-shirt that adheres to every single muscle,
When I finally find my tongue and make sure it’s securely in my mouth, I speak.

He grins, and then all bets are off—like full-on gorgeous off. He’s got perfect white teeth
and a captivating smile. We’d make a good complement to one another. I mentally scold myself
for sounding like a dog in heat but it doesn’t stop me from enjoying the view.
When he reaches up to place his carry-on and briefcase in the overhead compartment, his
shirt eases up and I glimpse the tiniest sliver of tanned, hard stomach. If he wasn’t so close to
me, I’d pull out the Jack Daniels because I definitely need a drink.
