Amy ends up sitting next to Liam en route to her next destination. Sparks fly and they have insta-chemistry. Liam is a well-known architect and wealthy as can be. Liam is the quintessential “Mr. Tall, Dark and Potentially Dangerous” billionaire. He steam rolls his way into her life and ends up pretty obsessed with everything about her. Amy meets Jared, her new neighbor. He is also smitten with Amy. Amy has a lot of questions about the two new men in her life…not to mention her new boss. Why is Amy running? What happened in her past? Who is this handler? Is Liam or Jared the real bad guy? Ok…so you have questions…so do I…so does Amy.
Lisa Renee Jones latest book Escaping Reality (The Secret Life of Amy Bensen, #1) is such a puzzle…that I can’t wait to solve. This fast paced book is loaded with steam and suspense. I absolutely loved the way book one played out. Yes, there is a hardcore cliffhanger…which is a little painful. I can’t wait to get my hands on book two (please be soon). Four smutastic mystery filled stars!
