I remember reading somewhere that another book reviewer and fan of Colleen Hoover said that they felt “Hoovered”. I totally get that now. I think my heart was just “Hooverized” after reading Losing Hope. To be “Hooverized” is the feeling you get when you finish a Colleen Hoover book and your head and heart have been put through a gamut of emotions and you realize you just read one of the best books of your life… and it’s not likely you will ever feel the same way ever again.
I don’t know how she pulled it off…but she made Holder and Sky’s story feel like an entirely new book. Losing Hope is brilliantly told through Holder’s point of view. LH can be read as a stand-alone and an absolute must read for any Colleen Hoover fan. Why does Goodreads only allow five stars?
