Allie Landon is a college student, divorced mom and local tattoo parlor owner.  She meets Justin Noel, a lead singer of a popular band.  Allie doesn’t date...but spends her time focusing on raising her son, working and pursing her degree. Allie meets the hot horn-dog singer when he steps into her tattoo parlor. He pursues Allie…but she isn’t sure about letting him into her heart or her bed.  Allie’s douche ex-husband Trevor cheated on her with a friend and broke her heart. Allie can’t fight her attraction for Justin and they finally hook up.  Trevor unexpectedly shows up back in her life and starts to pursue her again.  It turns out he has a whole lot of issues.  Relationships can be tricky and sometimes love isn’t as permanent as a tattoo.

I live for rock related books and was so excited to read Ink My Heart. I was hoping that Ink My Heart was going to be a little more eventful than it was.  Allie and Justin’s story was somewhat uneventful up until about 85% of the way into the book.  Then the much needed drama kicked into full gear and I couldn’t put this book down.  Ink My Heart had a smooth vibe and believable plot and characters.  It was a nice change of pace to read a book that didn’t have the insta love/sex happening.

I just devoured another piece of Aussie Kindle Crack from Bella Jewel. There are so many talented writers from down under finding their way inside my Kindle. I love Bella Jewel and her MC Sinners series.  I just read Knights' Sinner (book #3) and loved it.  Check out my review, excerpt and author giveaway.

Here is my break down:
Knights' Sinner (The MC Sinners #3) picks up where Spike and Ciara’s story left off.  Serenity wanders into the Hell's Knights compound after having her ass kicked by Hogan.  Hogan is Serenity’s dad and mortal enemy of the Hell’s Knights MC club.  Hogan is hell bent on destroying the club and Jackson-the President of the club.  Jackson and his daughter take in Serenity out of the goodness of their hearts in an attempt to nurse her back to health.  Serenity has been sent on a covert mission by Hogan to learn the inner workings of the club so he can annihilate them. Serenity despises her father and his club.  He threatens to kill her best friend’s baby if she doesn’t get him the information he needs.  The only thing that Serenity learns is that the club is actually full of nice guys...especially Jackson.  Serenity starts to fall for Jackson in a big way.  She is out of time and out of options.
-If she tells Jackson the truth about her original intentions he will hate her.
-Her father will have no problem killing an innocent baby.
-If she doesn’t say anything her friends and the man she is falling in love with will die.
-Her father will kill her if she doesn’t succeed.

That’s all I can say to remain spoiler free. Talk about screwed!

Knights Sinner is one hell of a panty melting drama.  Good lord Bella Jewel can write some steamy sex scenes that will perma fog your e-reader.  Ha.  I loved this book and this series. It’s not as hardcore as many of the other MC books that I have read…but just as enjoyable.  My only issue I had with this book was how easily Jackson and the others took in Serenity without asking any questions. She was given “insta family” status within a day (which is unusual for these types of MC plots). But I rolled with it.  Knights' Sinner might be my favorite book out of this series. Pick this one up…hell pick up the whole series.  Thank you for the Kindle Crack Bella Jewel.

“Whoa, what are you doin’?” he asks. 
“I can’t be here, I can’t do this. I’m sorry. I should leave,” I ramble.
